Biography
Kayla Feist holds a Master's in Conservation Education from Mississippi State University. While Kayla does not have formal experience in 4-H, she has a plethora of experience in community engagement. Her commitment to communities has been evident throughout her career, earning an award for her engagement with the community during the COVID-19 pandemic. She has held several volunteer roles where she organized conferences, created resources, and served as a mentor. As a U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service biologist, Kayla thrived by investing in her communities through outreach. She hosted guided hikes, attended various community events, and created resources for school teachers. With her wildlife biology background, Kayla brings unique experience and knowledge to Tillamook County 4-H.
