About finding small quantities
Finding small quantities of fruit for hobby winemaking can be challenging. If you're near vineyards, ask smaller-acreage growers whether they have fruit available. Many vineyards contract their fruit to commercial wineries by early to midsummer and may not sell smaller quantities.
