Clatsop County 4-H awards and recognition
4-H Awards and Recognition Night is held every November to honor 4-H members and leaders' achievement and service to the Clatsop County 4-H program.

Award and Recognition Guidelines: The Clatsop County 4-H Recognition Committee is proud to be able to give the following awards to deserving 4-H member, volunteers, and community members. Please use this form to read award descriptions and to nominate.

Don & Helen Falleur Scholarship: Don and Helen Falleur were lifelong supporters of Clatsop County 4-H and the Clatsop County Fair. They believed in hard work, helping others, and making a better life for those around them.
Herb Howell Memorial Scholarship: Herb Howell dedicated his life to the agriculture industries of the Northwest and played a key role in the establishment of Clatsop Community College’s Agriculture Technology programs. This scholarship helps Clatsop County 4-H high school seniors to pursue a higher education.
Mitch Groat Memorial Scholarship: The scholarship is offered as a tribute to Mitch Groat's caring and thoughtful personality while he was a Clatsop County 4-H member. Please read over scholarship eligibility and apply to help you pursue higher education.
