Project Resources

4-H empowers young people with hands-on learning experiences in a variety of project areas to help them grow and thrive.

 

4-H members and volunteers have the opportunity to engage in and explore areas of interest such as foods and nutrition, clothing and sewing, animal science, outdoor recreation, STEM, art, and much more!

 

HEARTH

HEARTH projects include areas in family consumer science, communication, and art.

Projects in Tillamook County include:

  • Visual arts (including photography, cake decorating, and designing spaces)
  • Creative writing
  • Fiber arts (including clothing/sewing, crocheting, knitting, and quilting)
  • Industrial arts (including leather craft, welding and woodworking)
  • Foods (including cooking, food preservation, and nutrition)
  • Horticulture/gardening
