Become a Member

All youth ages 5 to 19 are welcome to join and learn with 4-H. 4‑H clubs follow planned, self-directed programs in a number of project areas, including animal science, STEM, communication, cooking, art, gardening, and environmental science. Clubs may meet in a variety of locations and typically meet in the evenings and on the weekends.

Tillamook County 4-H Re-Enrollment

We Have Online re-enrollment for 4-H Families.

All returning 4-H families will need to complete their re-enrollment online. Instructions to re-enroll are found below. Any new or interested families will need to complete the Interest Survey above to receive enrollment paperwork.

TIllamook County 4-H New Member Enrollment

New Members please use this form to enroll. Print the form, complete, sign and bring them into our office along with the enrollment fee associated with 4-H. If you are unable to print them at home, we have copies available at the Extension Office.
