OSU Extension in Josephine County

OSU Extension’s network of educators, researchers and volunteers is at your service, across Oregon and here at home. Learning with you. Sharing knowledge. Putting research into practice.

When we work together, we can create positive change and local impact: growing healthy communities, supporting agriculture and natural resources and engaging youth to reach their fullest potential.

How we serve you

We provide unbiased, research-based education resources relevant to Josephine County's unique conditions. Access is affordable — often free. Learn through classes, workshops, publications, consultations, events and more.

In 2025-26, local Extension programming is resuming after a 1-year pause in the county's funding partnership with OSU Extension. This year's work is focused on rebuilding local programs and partnerships to prepare for a successful, sustainable return.
