Pollinator Steward Program

Do you want to help pollinators on your farm, managed forest, rangeland, golf-course or community garden? Are you looking for practical training on how to build, maintain and establish pollinator habitat? Are you already helping pollinators and looking for recognition for your efforts? The OSU Master Pollinator Steward Program is for you. The program consist of a training course coupled with options for volunteer activity, surveying for bees and/or creating new pollinator habitat. The training course will be offered both in-person (one day) and via five online modules. Better yet, the course qualifies for pesticide recertification credits. Completion of the requirements will qualify you for recognition. The program launches in the fall of 2020 but you can sign up today.

The Pollinator Stewards Program is supported through a grant from the National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA) Agriculture and Food Research Initiative (AFRI) Pollinator Health Fund and Western SARE.
