Bee Stewards Program

Do you want to help pollinators on your farm, managed forest, rangeland, golf-course or community garden?

Are you looking for practical training on how to build, maintain and establish pollinator habitat?

Are you already helping pollinators and looking for recognition for your efforts?

The OSU Bee Stewards Program is for you. The program consists of self-paced online training and an optional field days course coupled with options for volunteer activity, surveying for bees and/or creating new pollinator habitat. Completion of the requirements will qualify you for recognition as an OSU Bee Steward.

We anticipate launching this program in January of 2023.

The Bee Stewards Program is supported through a grant from the National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA) Agriculture and Food Research Initiative (AFRI) Pollinator Health Fund and Western SARE.
