This is where you will find information about Union County 4-H awards, scholarships, and recognition opportunities for members and leaders involved in Union County 4-H.
Here are some opportunities available for members and leaders to apply for during our fall Recognition Night. Don't miss a chance to apply or nominate someone that is deserving of an award. It is the time to share what you have done all year long and how you have grown as you developed a project or activity.
This is an award based on individual projects of activities. The award is for Intermediate and Senior members only. You may apply for three each year, although they are not guaranteed as we only give one per area per age division. You may only be awarded a Medal of Merit award once per project area. The application includes leader recommendation and turning in your record book for the end-of-the-year contest. Due October 1.
This award is for the project of the year award that is open to all age divisions. Members must turn in their application with their record books by October 21. We will have award winners in each age division regardless of project area.
