Food Preservation and Safety

During COVID-19, OSU Extension staff are in the office Tues, Wed, & Thurs from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm to assist with specific needs such as testing pressure canner gauges.  We're available by phone and email during our regular office hours of Mon - Fri, 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
