Enrollment forms and resources for Clubs, Leaders, and Members.

Enrollment Instructions (please read)

** Find a list of 4-H Clubs currently open and accepting new members. Please check back often as this list will be updated regularly with new clubs as they continue to re-enroll for the 2024-25 4-H year.

4-H Annual Calendar of Important Dates, Deadlines, and Events

  • December 31st - Club and Leader Enrollment Deadline
  • February 1st - Member Enrollment Late Fee Added ($5)
  • February 28th - Member Market Steer Enrollment & Possession Deadline
  • April 1st - Member Market Lamb Enrollment & Possession Deadline
  • May 1st - Member Enrollment Deadline for ALL PROJECTS (including possession of Market Swine and Meat Goats)

4-HOnline 2.0 Family Enrollment Guide & Link to 4-HOnline Site

4-HOnline enrollment is preferred for Leaders and Members. Click on the button above for 4-HOnline instructions and a link to the site.

  • Returning (re-enrolling) Leaders and Members - a 4-HOnline account has already been set up for your family. DO NOT SET UP A DUPLICATE ACCOUNT.
    • Log on with your regular email address (call the office at 541-672-4461 if you are unsure which email address your account is set up under.)
    • Click through the "pay by check" section no matter how payment will be made. This is a dead button that we cannot change. Online payment can be made through our Payment Store (See the PAY HERE - Instructions and Links" button).
    • Make sure to click the final "submit" button otherwise the enrollment will be incomplete.
    • Please pay the enrollment fees after completing the enrollment. (See the PAY HERE - Instructions and Links" button) This is easy to forget if it isn't taken care of immediately after enrolling.
    • Leaders - Complete the annual Youth Safety Training once you have submitted your enrollment. It will come up after you have completed the enrollment process so don't close out of the program.
  • New Leaders or Members - Create a new family account using an email address that you check frequently.
    • Click through the "pay by check" section no matter how payment will be made. This is a dead button that we cannot change. Online payment can be made through our Payment Store (See the PAY HERE - Instructions and Links" button).
