Parliamentary Procedure Contest Rules

Youth members participating in the Parliamentary Procedure contest are evaluated on their ability to conduct an orderly and efficient meeting using parliamentary procedure. This contest is open to 4-H Intermediate and Senior members. Youth participants are judged on their knowledge of parliamentary law and their ability to present logical, realistic, and convincing debate and motions.

Alternative Auction Payment Arrangement Request

This form is to be used only if a youth 4-H or FFA member wishing to sell a market animal will no longer be a resident within Douglas County or Oregon when market auction checks are released by Roseburg Rotary. This request must be filed prior to the market animal possession date at the Douglas County Extension office. All thank you notes must be presented to the buyer prior to the youth’s departure.
