Things to take note of before entering the Eastern Oregon Livestock Show
- Market animal possession dates (see Market Animal Declaration section)
- Entry deadline (see Show Entry section)
- Passwords have all been reset to 1
- Personal information must contain your current mailing address (market checks will be mailed)
- PLEASE DO NOT use student school emails in your record. Due to school security, I am unable to email to students.
- ALL 4-H members from out of Union County when entering need to choose their appropriate club's name from the list "(Your county) County 4-H Clubs" then type the name of their 4-H club into their entries using the field labeled "Out of Cnty 4-H Club"

Market Animal Declaration of Possession Information
All market exhibitors are required to verify possession of their market animals with a photo and "tag in" form by appropriate species possession date. Click here for ShoWorks entry website.
Members with homegrown animals in addition to the above requirement must fill out and upload a homegrown verification form into the appropriate class on the entry website by species possession date.
Possession Dates/deadlines:
- Beef (Rate of Gain) weigh in - February TBD
- Beef (120 days) - February 5, 2024
- All breeding stock (90 days) - March 11, 2024
- Hog/Lamb/Goat (60 days) - April 8, 2024

Market Possession Verification instructions
- Fill out the "Tag Form" and upload
- Upload into Possession Verification entry
- Take a picture of you and your market animal
- Upload into Possession Verification entry
- If you have a homegrown animal fill out the homegrown verification form
- Upload into the appropriate Market Homegrown class entry
From the ShoWorks Home page
- Click “Sign In” in the upper right corner
- If you’re a club leader choose “I am a club” - choose appropriate name from the drop-down list and enter your password or if you’re an exhibitor, choose “I am an exhibitor”
- All exhibitors from EOLS 2023 and UCF 2023 are still in the database.
- If you participated in either show last year DO NOT reregister yourself choose, I am a “previously registered” exhibitor (your password is “1”)
- New exhibitors add personal information, returning exhibitors confirm personal information is still correct…especially your mailing address. Your market check will get mailed to this address.
- If you are adding a new exhibitor, put in the password of “1” and their personal information.
- Choose a Department 4-H or FFA (this will give you only 4-H or FFA divisions in the list)

- Choose your class, and choose your club. If you are from out of Union County choose your county 4-H or FFA. If you are 4-H type in your club in the space provided (Out of County Club).
- If your animal has a tag please enter it into the appropriate field (Tag, Scrapie or EID)
- please record the number of any scannable EID.
- Add entry to your cart.
- Repeat this step for primary and back up animals.
- When you ALL your entries are in “Continue”
- Verify your entries in your cart then “Check-out”
- Type “yes” then “submit”
- Toward the bottom of your screen under your email address will be an “Upload Files” button click this
- On this screen you will upload your form and photos. If you have multiple entries check the upper right corner under your name so you know which entry you are in to upload the right files.
- Once your uploads are 100% complete click “Done” and “Done” again
- If you forgot or had trouble uploading your files click the button at the bottom of the finish screen “Go to my Account Summary” and you can re-upload your files.
Verification entries must be in by midnight of species possession date
If you need to log back in after you've submitted your entries to upload files - see instructions below:
- Log in as a previously registered exhibitor
- On the right corner of the screen click the button “Hello, XXX (your name)
- Choose “Your Past Transactions”
- On the left side of the screen
- Choose “Upload Files”
- On this screen you can see how many entries you have and begin your upload.
- If you need more help in the center of the screen is a green “Press For Instructions” button watch this video.
- Check the top of the screen to see the Division and Class
- Upload into the appropriate entry
- Upload your form pdf
- Continue with steps through all your entries. When your upload is complete click next
- When all your items are uploaded click done

Online Entry instructions:
Entries can be made by members, club leaders or advisors using the club or exhibitor login. After reading these instructions if you still have questions contact the Union County Extension Office at 541-963-1010 or email Kimi.
Please don’t forget to put in your detailed stalling needs before you check out.
There will be a $15 entry fee per 4-H exhibitor (FFA does not pay ask your advisor for bypass code), no matter how many clubs they enter with, they only pay once. This fee must be paid through the ShoWorks entry website at the time entries are made. This fee is required for all 4-H exhibitors and non-refundable.
- Click “Sign In” in the upper right corner

- Begin adding entries
- When you finish entries, choose continue to review cart
- At this point you can delete classes, add entries, check out or save you cart for later.
- Make sure you have put in your stalling needs.
- When you are ready to check out review your information and type “YES” in the required box and click the submit button.
- If you had entries that require forms or pictures scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the brown “Upload Files” button.
4-H exhibitors are required to sign a Oregon Animal Science Exhibitor Agreement. This form is fillable and required to upload with your showmanship entry.
Junior Market Auction Information
All market animal exhibitors are required to turn in the required species weigh in packet by the designated deadline.
