Biography

Reaza Hacker is a 4-H youth development professional with over 15 years of experience coordinating 4-H programs. She currently serves an 4-H outreach program coordinator in Deschutes County, serving more than 680 youth in collaboration with over 190 volunteers. Reaza has also been a key member of the tri-county programming team in Crook, Jefferson and Deschutes Counties for over a decade. She has developed and taught numerous classes, programs and trainings for both youth and adults, demonstrating expertise in project and volunteer management. Reaza has created innovative contests like the Expressive Arts Contest and Cupcake Wars, and has provided leadership and support to club volunteers, superintendents and statewide events, particularly excelling in her knowledge of Showorks and 4-H online. Throughout her career, she has received several awards, including the Outstanding Experienced 4-H EPA Award and the Excellence in Camping Team Award. Reaza is also a proud 4-H parent; her children participated in the Crook County 4-H program.
