The County Fair has opportunities to demonstrate your knowledge and mastery in your project areas. If you qualify at the county fair, you may also apply to the State Fair to showcase your skills with other 4-H members across Oregon. Come experience the fun!

April 18: Pet Fair (Cats & Herpetiles)
May 12: Fair Information Meeting via Zoom, 6:00 pm
May 13: Entries OPEN for Dog, Horse, & County Fairs
June 1: Horse Fair Entries CLOSE at 11:59 pm
June 11: Dog Fair & County Fair Entries CLOSE at 11:59 pm
July 11: Dog Fair
July 6-12: Horse Fair
August 18-22: County Fair

County Fair Information and Materials

2026 Fair entry materials will be available on May 13.

Animal Entry Forms MUST be completed to bring your animal to the fair. This is a required form for ALL animal exhibitors (including Cloverbuds) in Dog, Horse and County Fair.

Sportsmanship Expectations for Youth Participants: Sportsmanship: Conduct becoming to an individual involving fair and honest competition, courteous relations, and graceful acceptance of results.

Waiver Request Application: If you want to request a waiver from a missed deadline or change of animal/project for fair entry, please fill out each section completely. Applications missing information will not be processed.
Junior Superintendent Position Description: Read this before applying! Junior Superintendents are a valuable part of our fair management team. They have duties to perform before, during, and after fair.

Adult HEARTH Excel Requirements: 2026 Excel requirements for leaders and/or parents to fulfill for youth in their clubs to be eligible to receive awards and higher placings at Clackamas County 4-H Fair in the HEARTH project classes. Adults/leaders should expect to help support the county program and attend committee meetings and training.
