The County Fair has opportunities to demonstrate your knowledge and mastery in your project areas. If you qualify at the county fair, you may also apply to the State Fair to showcase your skills with other 4-H members across Oregon. Come experience the fun!

May 14: Fair Information Meeting via Zoom, 7:00 pm
May 15: Entries OPEN for Dog, Horse, & County Fairs
June 3: Dog Fair & Horse Fair Entries CLOSE at 11:59 pm
June 13: County Fair Entries CLOSE at 11:59 pm
June 10: Pet Fair (Cats & Herpetiles)
July 13: Dog Fair
July 22-28: Horse Fair
August 13-17: County Fair

Sportsmanship Expectations for Youth Participants: Sportsmanship: Conduct becoming to an individual involving fair and honest competition, courteous relations, and graceful acceptance of results.

Waiver Request Application: If you want to request a waiver from a missed deadline or change of animal/project for fair entry, please fill out each section completely. Applications missing information will not be processed.

Junior Superintendent Application: Fill out this form to apply. Applications were due by April 1.
Junior Superintendent Position Description: Read this before applying! Junior Superintendents are a valuable part of our fair management team. They have duties to perform before, during, and after fair.

HEARTH County Fair Information and Materials

HEARTH Youth Requirement Report Form: Online form to complete that is required for HEARTH exhibitors to be considered for higher placing ribbons (champion, etc.).

Fashion Revue Ready To Wear Contest: Check out the Ready To Wear Contest - it's open to ALL 4-H members!
Fashion Revue Challenge: An exciting contest where the participant must create a garment they sew and model at county fair that demonstrates the theme of the year. 2024 challenge is to create a garment or outfit from Unconventional materials.
