Kathy developed the Balanced Energy Physical Activity (BEPA Toolkit) and it's successor, BE Physically Active 2Day (BEPA 2.0). She works with organizations to disseminate, implement, and improve the program.
Research Assistant
Thomas supports the training, delivery, and evaluation efforts of the BEPA 2.0 program. He's been a part of the BEPA 2.0 team since 2019.
The following individuals are long-time users and promoters of the BEPA 2.0 program. They have delivered multiple in-person trainings in their respective regions and have implemented the program themselves.
