Whether you have grown your own or your neighbor is quietly leaving bags of zucchini on your porch you can preserve it now to enjoy later. Oregon State University Extension Master Food Preservers will show you how at two demonstrations on Wednesday, Aug 14 in Redmond. Choose the first at 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm or the second at 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm. We'll be reviewing tips from OSU Extension's resources to preserve zucchini. Explore equipment, supplies and methods to preserve the best quality summer squash products for your pantry. Register by Monday, Aug 12, 5:00 pm. The class sizes are limited.
