This curriculum package helps natural-resource professionals train landowners in resource management. Topics include forests, fire, streams, wildlife, soil, pastures, water systems and economics.
Nature trails are popular features across Oregon. Landowners of all acreages can successfully build nature trails on their property, as many design and maintenance features are the same regardless of property size.
The first Tree School Online session debuted with 300 registered participants. Since then, the live classes have rolled out with anywhere from 50 to 100 participants.
This curriculum package teaches students to help protect their communities from wildfire. They also learn about careers in natural resources.
