Rid Your Fears of Pressure Canning! Come and learn, in this hands-on class, how a simple day in the kitchen can provide many flexible meals for your pantry. Experience how simple a vegetable soup can be made and altered. Bone broths, meats, fish and clam chowder will also be discussed and demonstrated. You will be taking home your own jar of deliciousness. With hunting season around the corner, this class covers all the basics. You are invited to bring in your pressure canning lid for free gauge testing. Limit 3 gauges per person. Coffee, tea, morning snacks and a very light lunch will be provided. Please bring an apron, cutting board and knife.

The deadline to register for this class is July 30, 2024
