Kaela Reser Memorial Scholarship
The Kaela Reser Memorial Scholarship has been established in honor of Kaela Reser by her parents, Olin and Mary Reser, and her brother, Bob Reser. Kaela was an avid 4-H Member and active youth in the Condon and surrounding communities.
Kaela's greatest interests & achievements were her horses and cattle. In her 4-H career, she participated in sewing, leathercraft, art, sheep, horse and steer projects. Kaela was very active in the Gilliam County Fair & 4-H Program. You could always find her at 5 a.m. in one of the three barns taking care of her animals, cleaning her multiple stalls in each barn, or in the arena showing her animals. Fair was one of her favorite times in 4-H. She was always there to lend a helping hand to fellow 4-Hers & showed true passion for all she participated in. She believed the philosophy of the 4-H program made a significant contribution in building character, leadership and citizenship.
