2023-2024 Livestock Producers List: If you are looking to contact 4-H animal producers in Central Oregon check out this list! Contact the Deschutes County Extension Service with questions or to be added/removed from this list.
Crook County 4-H Livestock Scholarship: If you want to start a new animal science project, please consider applying for this scholarship after reading the eligibility criteria. Applications due to the Extension Office by 5:00 pm June 15th. Updated 01/12/26
Crook County Don Lewis Memorial Fund: The Don Lewis, DVM Memorial Fund was established in 2012 to help support 4-H youth with their livestock animals. Please use this form to apply.

Country of Origin: Please fill out this Country of Origin form. One must be completed for each market animal at fair EXCEPT Beef and Swine.
Crook County 4-H Market Animal Health Certification: Please sign this form if you are going to participate in the Crook County 4-H Fair with your market animal.
Buyer Photo Specifications: Photos MUST be received by Friday, July 18, 2025 at 5:00 pm
