Merv & Sally Flemming (Horse) Scholarship

Merv & Sally Fleming Horse Scholarship Must be currently enrolled in Deschutes County Horse 4-H project and be a current year high school graduate. Deadline: March 1st, Amount: Up to $2500 Renewable for 3 Terms See application for more details.

Deschutes County 4-H

Merv & Sally Flemming (Non-Market Animal) Scholarship

Must be currently enrolled in Deschutes County Non-market Animal 4-H project and be a current year high school graduate. Members participating in the livestock auction are not eligible.
