4-H Enrollment (Club, Leader, and Member)

Enrollment for the 2023/24 4-H year is now open.

Jefferson County is using paper enrollment forms again.

The enrollment deadline for everyone is Wednesday, January 31st.

Fees are $50.00 per member with a $100.00 maximum for families with more than 2 members in one household. A late fee will be added for fees paid after the enrollment deadline, $55.00 per member with $110.00 maximum.

Enrollment fees can be paid in one of three ways:

• Check made payable to OSU-JEFFERSON COUNTY EXTENSION
• Cash brought into the office (must be exact change).
• Debit/credit card via our secure payment link
