Stay Connected – BBB Nation
BBB Nation is a new online platform for certified BBB Instructors to stay connected. Instructors can communicate with each other, ask questions of the campus BBB team, access program resources, receive announcements, and more!
Instructors who have previously participated in an online or hybrid BBB training are automatically added to BBB Nation. This new platform launched in March of 2023. If you are a current instructor and do not have access to BBB Nation, you may register HERE.
* Note that BBB Nation replaces Basecamp, our previous instructor platform. You will no longer have access to Basecamp - all materials are being transferred to the new BBB Nation portal.
Resources
- For tips on teaching BBB virtually, see our Virtual Class Teaching Tips .
- Use the Lesson Plan Guidance document to help you form a new BBB class or add new elements into your existing classes.
- We are in the process of collecting sample lesson plans from our fabulous BBB instructors in order to create a lesson plan database. It is our hope that this database could serve as a valuable resource for all BBB instructors to share lesson plans with one another.

Need to Recertify?
Certification is good for three years, at which time you will need to recertify by either completing continuing education credits and documenting your teaching experience or by attending the virtual instructor recertification training.
- Recertify via BBB Online Recertification Training, an asynchronous, self-paced training course. The recertification course is open from October 7, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
- Recertify via Recertification Application and Continuing Education Credits by completing the BBB Recertification Application. You will need to attach all relevant documentation, including 6 CEUs (4 general fitness and 2 skeletal health and/or fall/fracture prevention courses). The application is available to complete from October 7, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
