2026 Washington County Fair

We are getting ready for the 2026 Washington County Fair. We hope that you will join us for Opening Day on Friday, July 24, 2026 or any time through Sunday August 2, 2026.

The 2026 Washington County Fair Book is here!

The 2026 Fair Entry Deadline is May 15, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.

REMEMBER: This year all 4-H Exhibitors must submit one 4-H Project Record with Fair Entry Forms.

Each 4-H youth needs to complete this packet to participate in the 2026 Washington County Fair.

This packet needs to be completed by 4-H volunteers who are helping at fair and don't have kids participating in fair. This information is the same information found in the adult section in the Fair Exhibitor packet that parents must sign. This is only for 4-H volunteers who have an active volunteer status.

Complete this 4-H project record for your Cloverbud kiddo. It includes small animal contests and HEARTH projects. This form needs to be completed in addition to the Fair Exhibitor form.

HEARTH Exhibitor Form

Bringing a home economic, art, or horticulture (HEARTH) project to fair? Complete this HEARTH Exhibitor form. You may need more than one if you are submitting multiple HEARTH projects. This form needs to be completed in addition with the Fair Exhibitor Packet.
