Keeping older women strong reduces the risk of fractures from falls and helps older adults maintain their independence. Extension Family and Community Health faculty train local volunteers leaders who guide their StrongWomen™ groups two to three times per week.

Due to trade and travel constraints, some of our kit contents are currently unavailable. We recommend purchasing the BEPA 2.0 curriculum, which includes 57 activities, 29 of which require no equipment to implement. The curriculum alone is $35; the curriculum bundled with a BEPA 2.0 gym bag is $50. We have sufficient curriculum books and bags to fulfill larger orders. If you would like to purchase toolkits, activity card sets, or BEPA 2.0 duffle bags, please download and complete our order form.
