Fiber Arts includes a variety of experiences based on the manipulation of fiber. Fibers can be made from plants, animals or manmade. The possibilities are endless!
The 4-H Fiber Art project encourages youth to create art using the following techniques:
- Weaving - Spinning - Basketry - Macramé - Hooking - Papermaking
- Felting - (Needle Felting, Wet Felting)
- Needlework - Cross Stitch - Embroidery - Knitting - Crochet
- Patchwork - Appliqué - Quilting
